What HFT is about

The whole woman. Not a number on a scale.

This is an internal transformation. Every day starts with a devotional before you ever work out, because it's not about looking a certain way. That fades.

Mind and soul first, and the body follows. Balance over extremes, and a freedom that is rooted in faith, not in shrinking yourself smaller.

No scales. No before-and-after photos. No comparison. Ever.

Every program is tailored to you. Sessions in 30- or 60-minute increments, scheduled around your life.

Every program includes

A real conversation firstA 30-minute call about your schedule, your health history, and what you want to feel able to do. Your whole plan is built from it.
Your own private roomOne personal link, no app to download, no password. Your workouts, your notes with me, and everything we share lives there, on your phone or printed for the fridge.
Workouts that coach youEvery workout runs live on your phone: the timer, my cues, and a gentler option on screen for every movement. Or print the packet and take it to the park.
A plan that listensAfter each workout you tell me how it really felt, in two taps. Next week is built from what you said and what you did, not from a template.
Weekly check-ins, face to faceA short video call and a two-minute reflection each week. I adjust the plan mid-program so it bends to your life, not the other way around.
A word for your soulA weekly devotional walks beside the training, because the strongest thing about you was never going to be your body.
Water first, grace alwaysGentle hydration rhythms and rest that is part of the plan. No diets, no counting, no food rules. Ever.
Tools you keepThe last week teaches you to build your own workouts, so you finish stronger and freer. My goal is that you outgrow me.

In their words

The women say it best.

I have been beyond blessed in my life to have JD as a coach, mentor, and friend. During my collegiate career, she equipped me to pursue my highest level of athletic ability while ensuring my mental health and spiritual well being were never neglected. I have also had the honor to coach alongside JD at the D1 level, and still even as co-workers she continued to provide me the resources to grow myself as a person first and then as a coach. JD's innate ability to care deeply, shine light on areas of growth and help equip you with real world results is what makes her a top tier coach. To anyone considering JD as a coach: without question, it is something you will never regret.

Jacquelyn cared more about my whole lacrosse team succeeding in every aspect of our lives than she ever did about a game. She was the best coach I've ever worked with in my life, and while she was hard on us, it pushed us all to be better on and off the field. With Jacquelyn's leadership and guidance, I was able to reach goals that I never thought possible. I wanted to commission as an officer in the Army, and she pushed me and held me accountable every day to attain that goal. I have now been an Army officer for three years and strive to emulate the leadership traits that I learned from Jacquelyn. She taught me to be uncommon in this world, and that is something that I live by to this day.

I had the pleasure of being coached D1 lacrosse by JD during my senior year of college. She left an impressionable impact during a crucial year in my life. The transition between a D1 athletic life and the real world was grueling, but JD was able to provide a safe environment for me to be myself and speak through my feelings. She built trust and confidence in me that I know I never would have been able to achieve on my own. She gave me the tools I needed for a difficult transition in life after sports.

I've known JD for many years, ever since she was my college lacrosse coach at Gardner-Webb University. JD is the most passionate, caring, determined, Jesus-loving soul I have ever met. We quickly learned that she cared so much more about our success in life as individuals than our success on the field. She not only pushed me and encouraged me in my walk with God, but helped me to grow as an individual. Without her role in my life at such a crucial age of development, I truly do not know where I would be today. I am forever grateful and thankful for my relationship with JD and the huge impact she has had on my life.

JD was my college lacrosse coach, and during her time as my coach she made such an impact in my life and helped me through some of my lowest points as a college athlete. Her high energy coaching was so contagious and made me a better athlete on the field. Outside athletics, JD has such a positive outlook on life and often helped me see the brighter sides of tough situations. Anytime I needed advice or just wanted to catch up about our day, JD was always there and ready to listen. She truly has one of the best mindsets on life and I'm so grateful to have met her.

About JD

Meet Jacquelyn.

Known to everyone as JD, she played Division I lacrosse, played internationally after college, and came back to lead from the sideline as a Division I assistant and head coach. Along the way she founded JDLax, her own company carrying lacrosse to the developing world, and the travel that came with all of it took her far beyond the field.

Coaching was never really about the sport; it was how she reached young women and built them up. Now she does the same for the whole woman: spirit, mind, heart, and body, with faith as the foundation.
